It Cosmetics
Your Skin But Better CC Cream with SPF 50+
Recently I have been more conscious about how much makeup I put on my face, trying to put on less, but better product. As the days get warmer and the sun shines more each day, I’ve been wearing more SPF, wearing long but thinner sleeves, and wearing dad hats (for both fashion and skin protection purposes).
As the CC cream I had previously used, the Banila Co. CC cream, oxidized way too much on my face while providing too little coverage. My friend recommended I try the It Cosmetics Your Skin but Better CC cream. It has a ridiculous SPF 50+ coverage, and it has a wide colour selection.
I originally thought I would need to use the shade Medium, but after swatching, Light turned to be a better fit. And after trying this CC cream out for several days, I can now say that this CC cream is great.
I won’t say that this is the best CC cream I’ve ever tried, because if applied too generously, it does tend to oxidize. But when I decided to use as little as possible, applying the thinnest of layers twice, my skin definitely felt softer, and it lasted the entire day. No oxidation either. And the slightly citrus-y scent is a plus.
If you’re looking for a new CC cream or foundation, I would recommend at least trying this CC cream out. I know that you might be hesitant to try it out since the price is on the higher side (almost $40), but personally, I would go for it.
Also, I hear that It Cosmetics is getting into Sephora. I know that in Sephora, if you ask one of the salespeople, you can get a sample of most products, and the sample size they give you is more than enough to try it out for a day, or even two.
Yours Truly,

Hi! I’ve been wanting to try this one out for a while. Great tip about the oxidation. I’m not a fan when foundations/bb/cc creams do that either 👍
